Most of the town’s attractions are within a mile of the house: discover independent shops and boutiques, harbourside cafes, friendly pubs and restaurants offering local fare or take the ferry across the river for a day trip to Looe or Polperro. In summer, you can hire equipment to go paddleboarding, kayaking or sailing and the pretty sheltered beach at Readymoney Cove is less than half a mile away. The town lies within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the surrounding countryside, with its tidal creeks, rolling fields and rugged cliffs, is well worth exploring too.

The house has a welcoming feel and marine-inspired decor. The open-plan living/dining area has comfortable sofas and glass doors leading out to the patio. The kitchen area to the rear is welcoming and stylish, and it has all you need for a self-catering holiday. Head upstairs for the two bedrooms, one king-size and the other with twin beds. The bathroom features a shower over the bath.

Besides the shared garden, the property has a paved courtyard with rattan furniture and an outside tap. It’s enclosed so you can relax knowing that any pets or little ones are safe.
