80 Fore Street is a refurbished granite fisherman's cottage on Newlyn's main seafront road, with uninterrupted views over Newlyn Harbour and Mounts Bay. The three-bedroom property accommodates up to six guests across two floors, with sea views from the master bedroom.

The ground floor has an open-plan living room with large sofas and a Smart TV, flowing into a kitchen and dining area. A unique twin room on this level features a sprung sleeping platform inspired by Japanese design. Upstairs, two double bedrooms include an en-suite master. Mousehole Beach, a sheltered harbour cove with calm water, is 2.1km south along the coast path. Eastern Green Beach in Penzance, with its shallow water and views of St Michael's Mount, is 3.4km east. Penzance station, the Scillonian Ferry terminal and Penlee House Gallery are all within a mile.
