There are 3 bedrooms, the master being on the top floor with an en-suite and a balcony, making it quite the retreat. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need including washing machine and tumble dryer. Kittiwake is in the lovely village of Downderry which is in South Cornwall not too far from Plymouth so lots to explore. There is a dog friendly beach at Downderry and you can be in the village centre in just an 8 minute walk where you will find a local pub with incredible views and local cuisine. A great family property.
