Positioned on the promenade in the harbour town of Penzance, Atlantic View has an amazing view over Mounts Bay and out to sea. Wonderfully spacious with a bright and contemporary feel, the apartment sits above a famous fish and chips shop and offers guests an authentic Cornish holiday experience by the sea. Amply equipped with everything you’d need for a relaxing stay, there are two generous sized bedrooms, one of which can be configured as a twin or king size. The large living room has an enormous L-shaped sofa with a wall-mounted flat screen television and leads out to the apartment’s balcony, which is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening refreshment. The open plan design of the living area includes a good size dining room with a glass-topped table and upholstered chairs as well as a nifty kitchen, offering plenty of space to prepare and share a home-cooked meal or two.Ideal for families, couples and small groups, the beach is located just across the road so is a short walk from the property; or for guests looking to explore the attractions of the town, there are the fantastic Morrab Gardens and Jubilee Pool to enjoy.*Maintenance work is being carried out on the promenade across the road from the property.
