Woolstone Teagues Trail

Woolstone Teagues Trail is a stone barn conversion near Widemouth Bay, sleeping six across three bedrooms. The barn is one of eight on a leisure estate sharing a swimming pool, indoor tennis court, woodland and coarse fishing lake. Dogs are welcome (up to two), and parking is included.

Inside, the ground floor runs from the entrance hall past a cloakroom with WC, into a double bedroom and an open-plan lounge and kitchen-diner. The lounge has a Smart TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machine. Widemouth Bay beach lies 2.4 km away, Millook Beach 4.4 km, and Summerleaze Beach in Bude 5.1 km.

Bude itself is eight minutes by car and has shops, pubs, restaurants, the sea pool, clifftop walks and a golf course. Widemouth Bay offers surf at its southern end and rock pools to the north. The estate's own facilities include river trout fishing, a kite-flying field and a woodland walk, giving an all-weather base for families. The Devon border and Hartland sit within a 25-minute drive.
