Wheal Kendall is a five-bedroom detached house on Polkirt Heights in Mevagissey, sleeping ten across three bathrooms. The main rooms and most bedrooms face the sea, with balconies that give open views down the coast. The enclosed garden has room for the whole group, and off-road parking is included alongside WiFi and a dishwasher.

Mevagissey fishing harbour is within walking distance down the hill - a working harbour with fish merchants, a small aquarium, and cafes built into the quayside buildings. The village has a butcher, a baker, and a handful of pubs. Pentewan Beach is 2.4km away, a long flat sand strip behind the village of Pentewan with a campsite and kayak hire at its northern end. Gorran Haven is 3km - a small shingle and sand cove with a village pub and post office sitting directly behind the beach, and a slipway for launching small boats. Hemmick Beach is 4.6km, reached by a steep lane, with no facilities and relatively few visitors.

No pets permitted. This house suits larger family groups or two families travelling together who want sea views and a village base with beaches within a short drive.
