Inside, the duplex layout runs over two levels with the kitchen, living and dining areas on the upper floor to maximise the view. A single bathroom services both bedrooms. Wifi, dishwasher and washing machine are included, and the apartment is comfortable for couples or a small family.

Outside access is limited by the urban setting, though private parking is included - a meaningful advantage in central Looe. Note that internal steps up to the living area make this property unsuitable for children under 4, and walkers should expect steep pavements in the immediate area.

The apartment sits on the west side of the river, giving direct access to the coast path toward Talland Bay and Polperro. The foot ferry or the town bridge connects across to East Looe's sandy beach, shops and restaurants. Boat trips and fishing charters run daily from the harbour in season.
