Take time to explore both coastlines from the rugged north shore to the picturesque south, with its ancient harbours and coves. Within a short drive you will find many fine sandy beaches that adorn the coastline, including the ever popular Fistral, Crantock, Holywell Bay and Perranporth, boasting quaint shops, ice cream parlours, fine restaurants and traditional inns, many with stunning sea views. Other attractions and places of interest included the cathedral city of Truro, Lappa Valley Steam Railway, Screech Owl Sanctuary, Oasis Fun Pool, Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project and a selection of National Trust properties and gardens.

Step in from the roadside through a stable door into the welcoming hallway with wonderful character throughout. The hall leads through to the country-style kitchen which is well equipped with everything you’ll need, including electric Rangemaster with double oven and hob, and a microwave. In the dining room, enjoy a social meal at the dining table with plenty of seating for everyone or relax in the rocking chair by the wood burner and read a book. Heading through to the utility room, you’ll find the fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, washing machine and tumble dryer. There’s also a separate WC here. From the kitchen, the sunroom is the ideal place for relaxing throughout the day on one of the comfortable armchairs or sofa, with sliding doors onto the enclosed terrace where you can sit back and watch the children play. Heading right from the entrance hall, the lounge is incredibly spacious, with a sofa and armchairs offering plenty of seating for all the family, perfect to cosy up in front of the wood burner and watch your favourite programmes on the Smart TV after a day exploring. Upstairs on the first floor is a super-king-size bedroom with a TV, vaulted ceilings and exposed beams and a dressing table to prepare for your day ahead. Five steps lead to the bed with far-reaching views across farmland. The twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request) is equally as spacious and with  countryside views. The bathroom has a roll-top bath with a separate shower and WC.

Heading outside to the private and enclosed terrace, there is plenty of seating to dine al fresco with a charcoal BBQ on the go. There is driveway parking for two cars.
