Trebudannon Barn

Trebudannon Barn is a four-star converted barn sleeping four near the hamlet of Trebudannon, around 6km from Watergate Bay on the North Cornwall coast. The entire property runs across a single storey, making it practical for guests who prefer level access. One dog is welcome.

Inside, the open-plan living area has exposed stone walls, oak and slate flooring, and a wood burner for cooler evenings. The kitchen includes an induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and a Nespresso machine. Two bedrooms each have super king-size beds - the first comes with an en-suite wet room with underfloor heating and power shower; the second has use of the main bathroom with shower over bath. Both rooms have Smart TVs and a Sonos sound system runs through the living space.

The enclosed garden has a private hot tub and BBQ. An EV charging point sits on site, and the property has access to a shared woodland and orchard with two ponds and a picnic area. A shop is within a mile of the barn.

Watergate Bay is 6.1km away - surf hire and a beach cafe are on site. Mawgan Porth is 7.5km. Newquay is a 15-minute drive for shops, restaurants, and the train station. The Seven Bays cycling route links the north coast beaches between Newquay and Padstow.

Best for: couples or small families wanting a well-specified rural base with hot tub and EV charging, within reach of north coast surf beaches. Less good for: guests who need Wi-Fi (not listed) or want to walk to the coast from the door.
