Tobys Quay is a two-bedroom cottage in Janes Court at The Packet Quays in Falmouth, sleeping 4 with 2 bathrooms and an enclosed garden. The Packet Quays development sits on the working waterfront on the inner harbour side of town. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher, and a washing machine are all included. No pets. Friday changeover.

Castle Beach and Gyllyngvase Beach are both 1.5km away via the seafront road. Castle Beach sits below Pendennis Castle at the headland; Gyllyngvase is the longer, more open beach and has a cafe and beach hire. Swanpool Beach is a further 400m.

Falmouth town centre is a 10-15 minute walk. The National Maritime Museum Cornwall is on the Custom House Quay waterfront and covers the county's maritime history with outdoor pontoons alongside. The town has a range of independent restaurants, and the harbour area has several waterfront pubs.

The Packet Quays is named after the packet ships that once operated from Falmouth to destinations in the Americas and the Caribbean - at one point the port was the main mail and communication hub for the British Empire. The Maritime Museum covers this period in detail and is open year-round.
