Amble on into the kitchen/diner to put the kettle on for a cup of tea to enjoy with one of the delicious homemade scones from your welcome pack. Chat about your day at the table in here before setting to and preparing dinner with the local ingredients you have sourced in Bude. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need to help you cater for your party during your stay. The lounge is also a friendly space. Here you can settle back on the soft seating to watch a good film on the Smart TV or while away your evenings playing games together. As night falls, make your way up to the bedrooms on the first floor. Here you will find a lovely king-size and a twin, both with wonderful views to wake up to. The family bathroom, where you can indulge in either a steaming hot shower or long bubble bath, is also at this level.

Spill out into the sunshine to explore the gorgeous estate on sunny days following the footpaths through the nine acres of woodland and taking in the beautiful valley views. There is private parking for one car available.
