Doors lead from the sitting room to a lovely raised decking tucked beneath the trees, perfect for alfresco dining. The idyllic rear garden and side lawn provide additional outdoor space. The property also features underfloor heating throughout and a firepit for family feasts and alfresco dining. Nearby attractions include the sandy shores of Polzeath (around 30 minutes away), Lanhydrock House, the picturesque Port Isaac, the world-famous Eden Project, and lovely Padstow which can be reached by cycling along the estuary.
