The Organ Loft

The Organ Loft is a two-bedroom cottage sleeping four on the edge of Bodmin Moor, just outside the village of St Breward. The property was once the pulpit and organ loft of a 19th-century chapel, one of two holiday homes converted from the original building.

Inside, the renovated interior combines the chapel's original features with modern fittings across two bedrooms and one bathroom. The cottage includes wifi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and accessible features. One medium-sized dog is welcome.

Outside, the property has its own garden and parking, sitting off a quiet country lane. The Camel Trail at Wenford Bridge - a traffic-free route for walkers and cyclists - starts about two miles away, with extensive rural footpaths, golf courses, and riding stables within easy reach.

St Breward itself has the Old Inn pub, which dates to the 11th century, the parish church, and a playground within a 10-minute walk. Village stores serve Blisland, St Tudy, and St Mabyn, with Wadebridge, Camelford, and Bodmin each around 20 minutes by car. The north Cornwall coast is around 10 miles away, with beaches at Trebarwith, Tintagel, Port Isaac, and Polzeath.
