Padstow harbour with Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant, Paul Ainsworth's No 6, and the Camel Trail cycle path is a 10-minute drive. The Padstow-Rock passenger ferry crosses the Camel Estuary in season for Daymer Bay and Polzeath.

Best for two couples or a small family wanting single-level living, en-suite privacy, and a car-based base near Padstow without paying for a harbour-front address. Less good for guests without a car (no walkable village amenities) and dog owners (no pets).
