Best for small families or groups of four who want beach access without paying a premium for a front-row position - Mount Wise is elevated and residential, a 10-minute walk from Towan and a quick drive from anywhere in Newquay. Less good for those with dogs, or anyone expecting a sea view from the living room rather than a balcony glimpse.
