The Engine House

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the magnificent development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Set on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200 years old. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. There are 2 wonderful traditional Cornish pubs within walking distance of the property where wonderful home cooked food is served. Mylor, the renowned sailing hub, is a short 2 mile drive away. The famous Bissoe cycling route is a stones throw from The Foundry.
