Please note: by the end of February 2025 the bathroom will have undergone a full refurbishment to ensure it is the highest standard it can be, and as a result of these changes, the bath will be replaced with a brand new walk in shower. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with multi-fuel stove.
Gas central heating with multi-fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 large car or 2 smaller cars. Enclosed garden with lawn and decked area with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk.
