Sleeping five guests and perched in the characterful village of North Tamerton, this single-storey property combines charming cottage features with far-reaching countryside views. Walkers are spoiled with a wide range of rural trails leading away from the property, including the popular Tamara Coast to Coast Way which passes nearby. Uncover local charm with a visit to the village, spotting the beautiful church or venturing further afield to the market towns of Holsworthy, Launceston and Tavistock (all within 21 miles). Beach days abound in both Devon and Cornwall, with local sandy options including Bude, Widemouth Bay and Crackington Haven (all within 14 miles).

The delightful cottage interior blends classic country style in a beautiful heritage colour scheme and a boutique hotel ambience with original artworks and soft lighting. Step inside and head to the social heart of the home, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner. Here, settle in the sumptuous seating after days of rural rambles and warm weary feet by the flame-effect electric fire. Flick on the TV for some easy entertainment, and when stomachs begin to rumble, find that the well-appointed kitchen space contains everything needed to cook up feasts for your loved ones. Gather at the dining table to enjoy the chef’s work or dine alfresco out on the patio and admire the peaceful countryside views, when the weather permits. At the end of each busy day away, retire to a choice of two delightful bedrooms – a master king-size or a triple room with three single beds.
