Sandpiper

Sandpiper is a three-bedroom cottage in a secluded corner of the Maenporth Estate on the west Cornwall coast, with sea views from the south-east facing lawned rear garden. The property has been refurbished to a high standard with underfloor heating in the entrance hall and kitchen.

Inside, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a window seat looking out to sea, with a new en-suite. The second twin bedroom faces the Monterey pines, and a third bedroom is furnished for children with full-size bunks. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, and a feature electric fire heats the living space.

Outside, Sandpiper has a designated private parking bay next to the front door and its own garden area. The house also has access to the wider estate's facilities, including a large indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, two tennis courts, a children's play area, table tennis, and pool tables.

Maenporth is a secluded resort overlooking a sheltered cove, close to Falmouth. The sandy, family-friendly beach has a restaurant and bar overlooking the sea, with walks along the South West Coast Path starting from the cove. The surrounding countryside and coastline give access to the Roseland and the wider Fal estuary.
