This charming stone cottage is located in a peaceful area on the edge of Porkellis, between Falmouth and Porthleven, and within walking distance (0.5 miles) of a welcoming, dog friendly village pub. With a classic design and traditional granite façade, this cottage is perfectly placed for exploring the Lizard Peninsula and West Cornwall. Visit Falmouth (5 miles), one of the South West's leading cultural destinations and steeped in Maritime history. There is a Sea Shanty Festival in June, Falmouth Week in August and the Oyster Festival in October. Explore the many independent shops and galleries, replenish at the fantastic eateries or watch the impressive boats coming and going from the harbour. Pendennis Castle is a great day out. Over at Helston and Porthleven there are enchanting walks through the picturesque Penrose Estate footpaths leads to Loe Pool, Cornwall’s largest natural freshwater lake where you can join the coastal path to reach the ever popular fishing village of Porthleven to the west or Gunwalloe Cove and Poldhu to the East.

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower, one twin with a full sized cot and a single room, making a great space for families and friends. There is also a family bathroom with bath, basin and WC.
