Ridges 4 is a two-bedroom apartment on the Maenporth Estate in west Cornwall, sleeping two. The property has a double and a twin bedroom and looks out over Maenporth Beach from a private balcony. Parking is on-site.

Inside, the layout is single-level with no steps. The open-plan living and dining area connects to a contemporary kitchen with a small breakfast bar. The apartment has been refurbished over recent years with new carpets, beds, and furniture in both bedrooms and updated lounge furniture.

Outside, the balcony has a table and chairs for outdoor dining and looks across the cove. The estate covers 29 acres of mature gardens and woodland. Shared leisure facilities include a 15-metre indoor heated swimming pool with poolside seating, a sauna and jacuzzi, a Wi-Fi lounge overlooking the pool, a sun terrace with communal barbecues, pool and table tennis tables, an all-weather tennis court, two pickleball courts, and a children's play area with football goals. Equipment is collected from reception.

Maenporth Beach is 0.2 kilometres below the estate, reached via a 10-minute walk down the hill (steeper on the way back up). The beach is south-facing and sandy, with the Cove Restaurant and beach cafe serving food, and kayak and paddleboard hire available in season. Swanpool Beach is 2.2 kilometres along the coast path, with Porth Saxon 2.6 kilometres towards the Helford. Falmouth lies about 15 minutes by car for the maritime museum, Pendennis Castle, and the town's pubs and shops.
