Truro, 3 miles away, has much to offer – be it visiting the gothic cathedral, wandering down cobbled streets and discovering quirky shops or heading for food at one of many cafes or restaurants. For sea swims and outstanding views over the rugged coastline, head north to explore the sandy beaches of St Agnes (11.5 miles) or Perranporth (12 miles). The pretty Roseland Peninsula Heritage Coast is 10 miles south of the property.

This rural retreat is all one level, with one step down giving access. You’ll enter into a stylish open-plan living area decorated in a modern industrial style, with metal and wood accents. There’s a contemporary kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools, plus a dining table and chairs plus sofas, a coffee table and a Smart TV. The bedrooms, a king-size and a twin/super-king-size, both have en-suite bathrooms with heated towel rails. There’s a double rainfall-head shower in the king-size room for extra indulgence.

The covered decked area outside the accommodation is ideal for enjoying breakfast in the fresh air while deciding how to spend the day ahead. A large lawn surrounds the property, with more furniture, and you’ll be within the owner’s delightful garden which is an all-year-round retreat with beautiful plants.
