Periwinkle is a two-bedroom ground-floor apartment in the courtyard at Helford Passage, forming part of the Old Sail Loft building that once housed the sails for boats moored on the river. A position a short walk from the beach and the Ferryboat Inn sets it apart from the properties set back further up the hill.

The Trebah and Glendurgan gardens are both within easy reach, and Falmouth is a short drive away for shops, ferries and the National Maritime Museum. Prices start from GBP 473 per week, rising to GBP 1,188 in peak season, with Friday changeovers.
