The Penthouse is a four-bedroom apartment at Maenporth near Falmouth, sitting directly above the Cove Bar and Restaurant with views across Maenporth Beach and the bay. It sleeps up to eight across its four bedrooms, with two bathrooms handling the facilities - suited to larger families or extended groups.

Inside, the upper-floor layout makes the most of the sea views. The kitchen and living areas open onto the outlook, while the bedrooms share two bathrooms. Wifi, dishwasher and washing machine are all included.

Outside, the property comes with private parking, an EV charging point and access to the Maenporth estate's shared leisure facilities including a swimming pool and hot tub. A garden is part of the setup. The Cove Bar and Restaurant is on the floor below, which is convenient but worth noting for those who want total quiet in the evenings.

Maenporth Beach sits at the foot of the building, giving easy access to swimming, paddling and the South West Coast Path.
