Looe is a working Cornish fishing port on the south coast, split across two halves by the River Looe and linked by a bridge. Polperro, the whitewashed pedestrian-only fishing village, is a few miles west and reachable on the South West Coast Path direct from Looe. Prices start from GBP 565 per week, rising to GBP 1,195 in peak season, with Friday changeovers.
