Well suited to a family unit or a small group of friends, this two-bedroom beachside property in the fishing village of Porthleven is a stone's throw from the harbour, where you’ll find a range of restaurants, bars and cafes. On the west coast of the Lizard Peninsula, Porthleven is the most southerly working port in the UK; from here you can watch the boats operating out of the harbour and feast on the freshest daily catches served in local eateries. Those who relish a hike can trek 11 miles south to the iconic and dramatic Lizard Point, or 8 miles west to the pretty market town of Marazion — both offer breathtaking scenery en route. There are plenty of family-friendly attractions on hand, such as the Cornish Seal Sanctuary (8 miles) and St Michael's Mount (11 miles).

Both bedrooms, a king-size and twin, are found on the ground floor, along with a shower room featuring a walk-in rainfall power shower. The first floor features a dual-aspect lounge/kitchen/dining room, with a wood burner, French doors to the patio and doors opening onto a seafront balcony, making this a room for all seasons. Additionally, a dining table, Smart speaker, sizeable food preparation areas, a desk and lounging sofas make it a versatile space for cooking, eating and relaxing together.

Outside, a raised decked area enclosed by walls and boasting sea views is furnished with a table and chairs for dining and two loungers for sunbathing; a small balcony has two chairs and serves as the perfect setting to enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic ocean.

The Lamp House and Neptune House share an EV charger (7.4kWh charger with a Type 2 connector). Guests will be charged on a 'pay as you go' basis via an App that you will need to download. Please bring your own charge cable as this will not be supplied. Full details will be provided on arrival.
