Miner's Rest

Miner's Rest is a two-bedroom character cottage in Troon, a village near Camborne in central Cornwall. The property sleeps 4 guests and welcomes dogs - beds and bowls are provided.

The cottage has an open-plan ground floor with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, plus a separate sitting room with a woodburning stove. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, coffee machine, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Upstairs, the king-size bedroom and twin bedroom (convertible to super-king on request) share a bathroom with bath, separate shower, and WC. WiFi is included.

Troon sits near the Heartlands heritage centre at Pool, a free attraction telling the story of Cornish mining. Carn Brea, the rocky hill with panoramic views across both coasts, is within walking distance. Camborne's main-line rail station connects to Penzance and London Paddington. A shop is 0.1 miles from the door.
