Lodge 22 is a two-bedroom lodge at Bodmin Holiday Park, a lakeside resort near Lanivet in central Cornwall. The park sits within the grounds of the former Waterside Country Club and includes a shared swimming pool, gym, and on-site activity centre.

The lodge has a ground-floor twin bedroom with en-suite shower and a double bedroom with TV and balcony on the upper floor. A main bathroom has a corner bath and separate shower. The open-plan living area includes a kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, a dining space, and a sitting area with a sofa bed that accommodates up to six in total. The property is accessible, with ground-floor bedroom and bathroom access.

Outside, a patio with picnic bench overlooks the park grounds. Off-road parking fits two cars. On-site activities include Segway experiences, wakeboarding, coarse fishing, FootGolf, and an escape room - all available at additional cost. Wi-Fi is available via a mobile device in the lodge, though network coverage is intermittent.

Lanivet's central position puts both coasts within easy reach. Carlyon Bay, a long sandy beach near St Austell, is 11.6km south. Charlestown Beach and its Georgian harbour - the Poldark filming location - sits 12km away. The Eden Project is roughly 5 miles to the southeast, and the Camel Trail cycling route can be picked up at Bodmin, about 3 miles to the northeast.
