Little Valley View

Little Valley View is a first-floor annexe in Angarrack, a small village in the Hayle valley about a mile inland from the north Cornwall coast. The cottage sleeps four in two bedrooms - a double with en-suite bathroom (shower over bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC) and a twin bedroom. A separate WC sits off the hall.

The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Travel cot, stairgate and highchair are available for families with young children. Off-road parking fits one car, and an enclosed front garden has a lawn, patio and decking with dining furniture. No dishwasher.

Gwithian Towans - 3.2km north - is a long, dune-backed surf beach with a cafe and seasonal lifeguard cover. Porthkidney Beach, a wide uncrowded strand in the Hayle Estuary, is 3.9km away. St Ives is around 4 miles west along the coast road. Hayle town centre is less than a mile from the property; a village pub is 0.1 miles away, and a shop 0.9 miles.

Best for: couples or families with young children wanting an affordable, flat-fee base within easy reach of the St Ives coastline. Less good for: groups needing more than one parking space or a dishwasher.
