Little Trespettigue

Little Trespettigue is a detached 3-bedroom cottage on the eastern edge of Bodmin Moor, near the village of Altarnun. The property sleeps 5 in 2 double and 1 single bedroom, with an open fire in the living space.

The interior is open-plan, combining kitchen, dining area and sitting area in one room. A shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. An external utility provides additional space for washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and Wi-Fi is available throughout.

The enclosed garden has a lawn, outdoor seating and direct access to surrounding woodland - a shallow pond means children need supervision. Ample off-road parking is provided. Bossiney Cove Beach, a secluded sandy cove near Tintagel, is 17.7 km north. Tregardock Beach, a remote surf beach with rock formations, is the same distance.

Altarnun is known for St Nonna's church, often called the "Cathedral of the Moor," with its 79 carved bench ends. Bodmin Moor's open moorland begins at the village edge. Launceston is about 5 miles east, and the A30 passes 2 miles south, connecting to both coasts. Two dogs are welcome.
