Little Roskrow

Little Roskrow is a one-bedroom cottage at Roskrow on the southern edge of Falmouth, sleeping two with one bathroom. The cottage includes EV charging, underfloor heating in the bathroom, a private garden, Wi-Fi, parking, dishwasher, and washing machine. Changeover is Friday.

Gyllyngvase Beach is 900m south on foot - a large sandy beach with a cafe, changing facilities, and good swimming in the sheltered waters of Falmouth Bay. Castle Beach is 1.3km along the coast path, a quieter option tucked below Pendennis Castle. Swanpool Beach is also 1.3km to the south-west, with a nature reserve at its western end.

Falmouth town centre is under 2km, with the National Maritime Museum Cornwall, the Events Square, and a busy restaurant quarter around the harbour. The chain ferry to the Roseland crosses every few minutes from the Prince of Wales Pier and takes about 5 minutes, opening up the south side of the estuary for day trips.

Right for couples who want central access to Falmouth's beaches and town without the noise of staying in the centre itself. Suits those arriving by electric vehicle. Not great for guests who want to be within walking distance of the town's main evening restaurants and bars - the location requires a 20-minute walk or short drive.
