Little Fernleigh

Little Fernleigh is a 3-bedroom house on Chymbloth Way in Coverack, a fishing village on the eastern coast of the Lizard. The reverse-level layout places all three bedrooms on the ground floor, with the open-plan living space upstairs to take advantage of the elevated position.

The ground floor has a king-size bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower, two further double bedrooms, and a family bathroom with bath and shower over. A utility room sits on this level. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area is equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. WiFi and TV are provided. LPG central heating keeps the house warm.

Off-road parking accommodates 2 cars. A raised front garden has a patio area, and a rear patio holds a 6-seater picnic bench. Note that some garden areas and the top of the stairs are not suitable for unsupervised children, and the property is not suitable for toddlers. Towels are not provided.

Coverack Beach - a sand-and-shingle beach with a protected harbour popular for kayaking and snorkelling - is just 0.2km away. Porthoustock Beach, a shingle beach with access to the Manacles diving reef, is 4.4km along the coast. Coverack village itself has a shop, pub, and the Lifeboat House tea room, all within walking distance. The coast path south to Cadgwith passes through the Lizard's striking serpentine geology.
