Lighthouse Cottage is a three-bedroom house for five in Trevarrian, forming the main part of an extended 200-year-old cottage on the North Cornwall coast. Proximity to both Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth, each reachable in around five minutes by car, sets it apart from properties further inland.

Sleeping is spread across a king bedroom, a twin and a single, which works well for a family of five. Equipment covers wifi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and an open fire. Pets are accepted, and the main-cottage position gives more space than the smaller units on the same site.

Outside, the property has its own outdoor space, a garden and parking. Watergate Bay beach sits 1.4 km away, Mawgan Porth 1.5 km, and Whipsiderry Beach 3.1 km. The Extreme Academy at Watergate Bay runs surf, kitesurf and stand-up paddleboard coaching, and the hamlet's local pub is a five-minute walk from the door.

Trevarrian is a small hamlet between Newquay and Padstow on the B3276 coast road, giving easy access to both resorts. Newquay is around five miles south for shops, zoo, aquarium and cinema; Padstow nine miles north for Rick Stein's restaurants and the Camel Trail cycle route. Prices start from GBP 671 per week with Saturday changeovers.
