Lake View 10

Lake View 10 is a single-storey, dog-friendly lodge at Par Sands Holiday Park, about 100 metres from Par Beach on Cornwall's south coast. The lodge sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and accepts up to 2 well-behaved dogs.

Inside, the layout is open-plan with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area featuring an electric fire. The double bedroom has a TV and en-suite with basin and WC. A twin bedroom sits alongside, and a separate shower room has a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge. Wi-Fi is included.

The lodge has a decked area with outdoor furniture. On-site park facilities include an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, mini-golf, a children's play area, a wildlife lake, a beach cafe, and a dog-wash station. Off-road parking for one car is included.

Par sits in central Cornwall with direct rail links on the mainline. Carlyon Bay - a long sandy beach with watersports hire - is 3.8 km away, and Readymoney Cove near Fowey is 4.2 km along the coast. The Eden Project is a 5-minute drive inland from the park, and Charlestown's Georgian harbour is nearby.
