Upstairs - via steep, narrow stairs with a rope handrail - there is a double bedroom and a twin, served by a bathroom with bath and shower over.

Daymer Bay Beach, a sheltered estuary beach with calm shallow water at the mouth of the Camel, is 6.1km away. Greenaway Beach, a quieter cove with rock pools, is 6.7km north.

Wadebridge provides the nearest services, including supermarkets and the Camel Trail - a flat, traffic-free cycle path running 6 miles west to Padstow and 6 miles east to Bodmin. Polzeath, one of Cornwall's most popular surf beaches, is 7.2km to the northwest. The Royal Cornwall Showground lies just south of Wadebridge.
