King Edward's View

King Edward's View is a duplex apartment in Newquay town centre, sleeping four across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It occupies the ground and first floors of Pentowan House on King Edward Crescent, 500 metres from Towan Beach and the harbour.

The ground floor has a double bedroom and a shower room with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and WC. Upstairs: a twin bedroom reached by a spiral staircase with non-slip varnish, plus a main bathroom with a full bath. The open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining, and sitting space. A washer/dryer, dishwasher, and WiFi are included. The apartment is rated accessible, though the spiral staircase limits full mobility use.

Outside, gated off-road parking for one car and a patio terrace with furniture. Towan Beach is 500m on foot. Fistral Beach - the UK's best-known surf beach - is 0.9km. Great Western Beach sits at 0.9km in the opposite direction. The harbour and Fore Street shops are under five minutes' walk. The South West Coast Path links all 11 of Newquay's beaches along the clifftops.
