Kernyk

Kernyk is a recently refurbished terraced cottage in Perranuthnoe, sleeping three across two bedrooms - one king-size double and one single. At 200 metres from the beach, it is one of the closest properties to the sand in this part of Mount's Bay.

Inside, the open-plan living and dining area has been fully updated. The kitchen includes an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher. A shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC serves both bedrooms. Smart radiators, a Smart TV and WiFi are fitted throughout.

A front garden and rear garden with table, chairs and lawn provide outdoor space on both sides of the property. On-street parking is available in the village. The Victoria Inn - one of Cornwall's oldest recorded pubs, dating to the 12th century - is roughly 100 yards away.

Perranuthnoe Beach is a 200-metre walk, with lifeguard cover from mid-May to late September and views across to St Michael's Mount. Piskies Cove, a small rocky cove with clear water for snorkelling, lies 2.3 km along the coast. Marazion and Penzance are both within a short drive.
