The open-plan dining room has a pine table and four chairs while the ground-floor, galley-style kitchen contains Bosch appliances, trendy tiling and sea views. Head upstairs to the two double bedrooms, one of which is a small double - both have window seats where you can sit and take in the sea views. The shower room is also on the first floor.

Across the road from the house, you’ll find your private garden featuring a table, chairs and sun umbrella. Indulge in some al fresco dining any time of day with beautiful panoramic views across to Mounts Bay, The Lizard and Mousehole.
