Ivy Cottage

Ivy Cottage is a three-bedroom cottage sleeping six in the fishing village of Polruan, across the river from Fowey. The layout is reverse-level, with sleeping accommodation and a family bathroom on the ground floor and living space above.

Inside, two double bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom sit on the ground floor, while an open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area, plus a third bedroom, occupy the upper level. A wood burner heats the living space and wifi, a washing machine, and open-fire features are in place.

Outside, an elevated decked garden takes in views across the harbour to Fowey. The cottage welcomes dogs and has parking covered by the owners at St Saviour Car Park - reimbursed on receipt - with space at the foot of the lane for brief unloading. The quay, beach, and South West Coast Path all sit within a short walk.

Polruan is linked to Fowey by a passenger ferry, giving guests access to Fowey's restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops across the water. The surrounding coast has walking routes in both directions, and the village itself keeps a working fishing character with local pubs close to the quay.
