Porthminster Beach is 1.8km toward St Ives, with a beach cafe that draws a local crowd year-round. St Ives town centre is around 2km on foot along the coastal path - Tate St Ives sits directly above Porthmeor beach at the far end.

Best for two couples or a small family who want a balcony apartment within walking distance of Carbis Bay beach and St Ives. Less suited to guests travelling with pets or anyone needing a large private outdoor space.
