Howldrevel is a four-bedroom penthouse apartment at Maenporth, set just above the sandy beach on the south Cornwall coast. The property sleeps up to eight guests across two floors and takes its name from the Cornish word for sunrise, a nod to the sea views across the bay towards the morning light. Each bedroom looks out towards the water.

Inside, the layout runs across two storeys with two bathrooms serving the four bedrooms. Interiors are contemporary with original artwork by Cornish artist Zee Van G displayed throughout. The apartment includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and Wi-Fi, and the hot tub sits on a private balcony that catches the afternoon sun.

Maenporth Beach is 100 metres from the door, making this one of the closest properties to the sand on this stretch of coast. Swanpool Beach is about 2.1 kilometres along the coast path towards Falmouth, and Porth Saxon Beach is 2.7 kilometres south towards the Helford. On-site parking and an EV charging point are provided, along with a garden.

The beach itself is south-facing and sheltered by headlands, with Maenporth Beach Cafe serving food through the day and kayak hire operating in season. The coast path south reaches Trebah Garden's beach in around 40 minutes on foot, and Falmouth's town centre, castle, and maritime museum are roughly 15 minutes by car.
