Heylyn Cottage

Heylyn Cottage is a three-bedroom cottage at Helford Passage, part of the same small cluster that includes 4 Coastguard Cottage and Demelza 2. It sits moments from the water, with accommodation for up to six across the three bedrooms and a single bathroom.

Inside, the layout gives a light, contemporary feel with a coastal aesthetic. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering, the lounge is set up for group evenings, and the bedrooms are spread to give everyone their own corner. Wifi, dishwasher and washing machine are all included.

Outside, the cottage shares the site's garden, which leads through a gate to Helford Passage Beach (around 100 m), the Ferryboat Inn and the heated outdoor pool (open 1 May to end of September). Parking is on site. Kayak and paddle board hire run from the beach in season.

Helford Passage sits on the north bank of the Helford River with direct access to the South West Coast Path. The foot ferry crosses to Helford village for walks to Frenchman's Creek. Ponsence Cove and Porth Saxon Beach are both under 2 km along the coast, and Falmouth, Trebah Gardens and Glendurgan Gardens are within easy driving distance.
