Haye Barton Farm is a six-bedroom farmhouse near St Ive, on the southern edge of Bodmin Moor. The property accommodates up to 14 guests across three floors, with an open fire and a dedicated games room - a practical choice for multi-generational groups or gatherings of friends.

The ground floor has a kitchen with a dining area, a glass-topped original well, and a wood-burning stove. A separate sitting room has a second wood-burning stove. Upstairs, five bedrooms include a super-king four-poster, two king-size doubles, and two twins. A sixth king-size bedroom on the second floor has an en-suite shower room, and a second-floor playroom holds a double sofa bed. Four bathrooms serve the house, including a main bathroom with bath and a separate shower room.

Outside, enclosed grounds include a garden and a charcoal BBQ area. Off-road parking fits 10 cars. Up to four dogs are welcome. Access is via 500 yards of hardcore track. Downderry Beach (14.1 km) and Plaidy Beach (14.2 km) are the nearest stretches of coast.

Liskeard, 3 miles south, has supermarkets and a railway station on the Plymouth-Penzance line. The Hurlers stone circles and Trethevy Quoit are both within 2 miles, and walks across open moorland start directly from the property's doorstep.
