Harbour Loft

Harbour Loft sleeps 4 in a 15th-century building right on the water in Port Isaac, with two bedrooms and uninterrupted views over the working harbour. The building sits directly above Outlaw's Fish Kitchen - the Nathan Outlaw restaurant serving small seafood plates from the local catch.

Inside, the loft has a king-size bedroom and a second bedroom with twin single beds, a single bathroom and a living space framed by the harbour outlook. It is one of the oldest buildings in Port Isaac and retains its renovated character. Sea view amenity applies throughout the main rooms.

Outside the door, the harbour fills with fishing boats at low tide and the South West Coast Path runs out of the village in both directions. Port Gaverne Beach is a 600-metre walk around the headland, with Tregardock and Polzeath beaches around 15 minutes by car. Parking is in the village car park at the top of the hill; guests can briefly unload at the loft.

Port Isaac itself is the village used for the Doc Martin TV series, with fish and chip shops, pasty bakeries, a local fishmonger and a pub on the narrow streets around the slipway. Wadebridge, 9 miles inland, gives a wider range of shops, and the sandy beaches of the Camel Estuary - Daymer Bay and Rock - are a 15-minute drive.
