The bustling harbour town of Padstow is just 1.5 miles away, with some great places to eat and drink and plenty of opportunities for water sports, fishing and boat trips. This is a fantastic region for keen walkers and cyclists, with stunning cliff-top paths along the Trevose Headland, and the spellbinding Camel Trail leading inland to the historic market town of Bodmin 15 miles away.

On entering this cottage, you will find the pretty open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which makes an ideal space to unwind in at the end of a great day. Over by the patio doors allowing plenty of light in, and with plenty of seating and a Smart TV, the lounge is perfect for snuggling up to chat about the day or watch a movie. There’s a handy central breakfast bar, and the stylishly designed kitchen has a wealth of equipment so you can rustle up all your favourite dishes. Stairs lead up and directly into the tastefully decorated first-floor double bedroom. Featuring plenty of storage space and skylights set in a low, sloping ceiling, the bedroom also has the benefit of its own en-suite shower room.

Stepping outside, there’s an enclosed front garden with outdoor furniture, providing a charming spot for dining alfresco. To the back of the property, an enclosed courtyard is shared with the other properties on site and makes a charming space to sit out and enjoy a glass or two of wine in the evening.
