Off-road parking for two cars is included - a significant practical advantage in a town where public car parks fill before 9am in July and August. An EV charging point is also on-site, which is increasingly useful as the drive from most UK cities is within range on a single charge.

The cottage has a rear garden, washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Three bedrooms sleep four across what the listing describes as a standard mid-terrace layout. One bathroom for four people is worth factoring in. Not dog-friendly.

Padstow harbour is a short walk from Sarah's Court. Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant and his fish and chip shop are both nearby, as is the Harbour Inn. The Camel Estuary ferry to Rock runs from the harbour in season. Trevone Bay is the nearest sandy beach at 2.9km - a cove with a rock pool at the north end and occasional surf. The Camel Trail cycle path runs from the edge of town to Wadebridge (5.5 miles) and onwards to Bodmin.

Best for two couples or a family with older children who want a central Padstow base without hunting for parking. Less good for dog owners or anyone needing more bathroom capacity than one shared room.
