Greenwood Apartment is a ground-floor flat in Carbis Bay, a short walk from the Blue Flag beach and one stop on the branch line from St Ives. The apartment sleeps four in two bedrooms and comes with allocated off-road parking and WiFi.

The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining area, and sitting area in a single room. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and kettle. A bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. The two bedrooms consist of one double and one bunk room, with bed linen and towels provided.

Carbis Bay beach is 0.5 km away - a sheltered 500-metre arc of pale sand that holds Blue Flag status and has seasonal lifeguard cover. Porthkidney Beach, a wide dune-backed strand in the Hayle Estuary SSSI, is 1.7 km further along the coast.

Carbis Bay village has a small cluster of shops, a post office, and cafes along the main road. St Ives is a 25-minute walk along the coast path or a single stop on the St Ives Bay Line. The South West Coast Path runs through the village, with walks west towards the Hayle Estuary RSPB reserve or east to St Ives harbour. A highchair and travel cot are available on request.
