Golden Sands is a ground-floor apartment in The Sands development on Porthrepta Road, Carbis Bay. The property has its own enclosed courtyard and gated off-road parking, 500 metres from the beach.

Two bedrooms each have their own Smart TV - a king-size double with en-suite walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and basin, plus a twin room. Carbis Bay village has a small selection of shops 500 metres from the door, and the branch line station connects to St Ives in a few minutes. The South West Coast Path passes through the village, with walks east to St Ives harbour or west towards Lelant and the Hayle Estuary RSPB reserve.
