Godolphin is a detached bungalow in Higher Tristram, Polzeath, with all rooms on the ground floor. The property sleeps 6 in three bedrooms and sits 500 metres from the beach, with lockable surf board storage and direct access to the coastal path.

Inside, there are two twin bedrooms and one room with adult bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin, and WC, plus a separate basin and WC. The kitchen includes a dining area, and the sitting room has an open fire. A washer/dryer, dishwasher, wifi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs are provided.

The enclosed garden has a lawn, patio, furniture, and a BBQ. Off-road parking fits 2 cars. The property is accessible throughout on a single level, making it practical for guests with limited mobility.

Polzeath Beach - a half-mile surf beach with RNLI lifeguards, multiple surf schools, and consistent waves - is a 5-minute walk away. Greenaway Beach, a smaller sandy cove with rock pools, is 0.8km south. The village has a Co-op, surf shop, deli, and several cafes. The coast path from Polzeath to Pentire Point is one of the most rewarding short walks in north Cornwall, with views across the Camel Estuary to Stepper Point.
