Flat 17, The Stones is a first-floor apartment in the Gwel Marten development on Headland Road, between Carbis Bay beach and St Ives. The apartment sleeps four and sits 600 metres from Carbis Bay's Blue Flag sand, with allocated parking for one car - a genuine advantage in this part of west Cornwall.

Inside, the two bedrooms comprise a king-size double and a twin. The bathroom has both a full bath and a walk-in shower, along with a bidet. The kitchen is separate from the living/dining room and comes with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A washer/dryer is also included. Smart TV and Wi-Fi are provided.

The apartment is heated by electric heaters. Bed linen and towels are supplied. There is no garden or outdoor space, but the coastal setting compensates - Carbis Bay beach is a short walk downhill, and Porthkidney Beach, a wide dune-backed strand within the Hayle Estuary SSSI, lies 1.5km east.

Carbis Bay sits on the branch rail line to St Ives, making it easy to reach the town's galleries, harbour, and restaurants without driving. The South West Coast Path runs through the village in both directions. A pub is 0.3 miles from the apartment. Changeover day is Friday.
